Maintenance Crew Member will be asked to perform many tasks which will require flexibility and will assist with machine shop production. He or she will be trained in operating various equipment associated with job tasks and will be an active member of the Masters Safety Committee Team. They are responsible for maintaining a clean safe facility and are a team player.

Vertical Mills Machine Operator

Individual must have experience operating an V-Mill machine in a fast-paced, high volume manufacturing environment. The ability to set and install cutting tools and operate one or more machines while making periodic inspections of the product is required. The individual must also read and interpret blueprints, planning sheets and other technical data.

Packer/Shipper

Individual compares identifying information and counts and weighs or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments. Individual will also obtain shipping labels from the computer and attach to the cartons, assembles containers or selects pre-assembled containers, binds containers to pallet with shrink wrap and metal strapping and receives deliveries of finished goods. Must keep the work area clean and follow all safety procedures. An Ideal candidate has experience in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment and a solid work ethic. On the job training is provided!

Horizontal Mills Machine Operator

Individual must have experience operating an H-Mill machine in a fast-paced, high volume manufacturing environment. Friday through Sunday – 6am-6pm work 36 hours, get paid for 40 hours!

Horizontal Mills or Vertical Mills Programmer/Operator

Individual must have experience operating an H-Mill or V-Mill machine in a fast-paced, high volume manufacturing environment. This includes the skills needed to layout and develop programs for effective machining and designing and determining tooling for projects, troubleshooting, finding solutions and adhering to production schedules. The individual must also calculate and set machine controls to position the spindle to the part while regulating cutting depth, speed, feed and coolant flow. Using statistical process control techniques and reading and interpreting blueprints, planning sheets, sketches and other technical data in order to determine tooling requirements, setup procedure, control settings and machining methods is required. The ability to operate one or more machines while making periodic inspections of the product is also required.

Monday through Thursday 6:00am – 4:30pm
Monday through Thursday, 4:30pm – 3:00am
Friday through Sunday – 6am-6pm work 36 hours, get paid for 40 hours!
