Individual must have experience operating an H-Mill or V-Mill machine in a fast-paced, high volume manufacturing environment. This includes the skills needed to layout and develop programs for effective machining and designing and determining tooling for projects, troubleshooting, finding solutions and adhering to production schedules. The individual must also calculate and set machine controls to position the spindle to the part while regulating cutting depth, speed, feed and coolant flow. Using statistical process control techniques and reading and interpreting blueprints, planning sheets, sketches and other technical data in order to determine tooling requirements, setup procedure, control settings and machining methods is required. The ability to operate one or more machines while making periodic inspections of the product is also required.
We are hiring for the following shifts:
- Monday through Thursday 6:00am – 4:30pm
- Monday through Thursday, 4:30pm – 3:00am
- Friday through Sunday – 6am-6pm work 36 hours, get paid for 40 hours!
Masters Machine is offering a $250 sign on bonus for AM shift and a shift differential and $500 sign on bonus for second shift after 90 days!
